Knowledge Base Mod

I am still working on what possible categories and articles to create. For the moment it is disabled and I will enable it again when I have at least one category up.
Members will be able to request articles to be added.
Feel free to suggest what categories and articles I can/should create in the suggestions forum (there will be a thread made specifically for this).
