S&C needs a mobile style, to make it friendly for users who access it from their phones, iPods, iPads etc

I installed the style Artodia: Mobile and SEO though it doesn't look as it should. It might be slightly better than the prosilver style, on a phone/tablet though...less clutter and all that.

Removed because it was causing problems. also removed style.
