Problems with Ajax lightbox

Several days ago I ran into a major problem. If you haven't already noticed, some of the links you click on makes a lightbox appear. For example, clicking on the Terms of Use would give a lightbox popup appear, with the Terms of Use on it. I have added this ajax lightbox modification in many places quite a number of months ago. It also includes registering, posting, saving changes in the UCP and many more. However, lately you may have noticed that the lightbox appear blank. I have no idea how that happened and because of this all of the places using the lightbox would not work properly. The message saying the post has been posted successfully, or the changes have been changed, or something similar (like the Terms of Use appearing), no longer appear. The changes ARE still saved, the post is still posted, but the lightbox is blank. I honestly can't for the life of me figure out what changes I made caused this. I know that say, 2 weeks ago, it was all working fine.
Anyone with a high knowledge of coding, who might know what could be causing this, please feel free to contact me if you'd like to help and figure this out.
