Two Suggestions [Ban Email, and Three Strikes You're Out Policy]

  1. One Suggestion is when a User is banned, you can have them send an email to a certain email address, explaining why they should be unbanned, state what was wrong with their ban (cannot be "Wrong" or "unfair"), they must explain why it is wrong and why the ban violated the Ban Policy (if any such policy is in place).
  2. Another Suggestion, which appears to not be in place, is to have a 3 Strikes, You're Out rule, whereby Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days

These are two suggestions I've thought up.
If you wish to see an example of a sort of "Guide" to appealing a Ban, if # 1 is implemented, please view KRI Forums - Appeal a Ban Guide.
This Guide was created on my Forums, for the sole purpose of appealing a Ban.

Thank you ahead of time, if you do implement any one of these suggestions.
If you don't implement either of them, okay. Life goes on, and I will try think up Suggestions when I can.

Best regards.
