Just a suggestion on how to make this site more secure for users. Increase the maximum password length from 10 to 13. I have a standard password that I use for most sites but add to it for the different sites that I am a member of. My standard password is already 10 characters but to be able to add to it I would need to add 3 extra characters. Thinking of other users as well as my own security.

I appreciate if you don't wish to do this just thought I would put it out there as a suggestion.

In a small side note, 2 MODs, that can be added to this Forum (If you want to, Jessica) is the phpBB - Show Password Strength and phpBB - Breizh Ajax Checks

The Password strength one, does what it's named.

The Breizh Ajax Checks, perform checks, to be sure, that your username is available, your email is valid, confirm email field is the same, password is at acceptable strength, that both passwords match, etc.

These are two MODs, that could help S & C with User security in terms of compromised accounts, and low strength passwords.

I would like to say I agree with this idea to increase password length as I personally found it slightly hard to create a password that has sufficient protection and is easy to remember as all my ones are usually above 10 characters long.

I also think the password strength meter is a good idea however, I don't think it's that necessary because it can leave some users paranoid and most by now know what a strong password is and what a weak password is.

dang my password is 10 characters long and I'll have to change it . I see your guys' point. I'll most likely increase it then
