The Bible approves of rape, murder, and slavery. There's a verse in the Bible which states that a virgin who has been raped (and is not engaged) must marry her rapist. SERIOUSLY?

this "Book of God" also states that women can't be ministers or speak in church.

So much sexism and evil in this Bible.

I agree with the quotes you have given. Marry a rapist? yes because not only has the person just went through a traumatic experience, they must now make a commitment to said rapist.

I will say that the bible was written 1000s of years ago, it was written in a time when people being sexist was nothing short of normal. Slavery again for thousands of years slaves have been used. The thing is you will find people who strangely devote there lives to being a complete word by word follower.

I will say what the bible has a problem with, time. Since time has passed the bible has stayed in it's old time. Where the world has advanced and the bible has not. This is the number one problem. If the bible was somehow to be update people may find they start believing in religion once again.
