The Promotions Committee would be made up of Global Moderator's and Admin's. They would review the application and applicant, and then notify The Admin, who will make the final decision.

I accept applicants quickly at the moment because I am in need of staff members. But this is a very good idea. Do you want me to create a group "Promotions Committee"?

I would be more than willing to be the Administrator who reviews the applicants, I have no problem making out a templet for them to fill out for submission and things of that nature.

It would actually be all Global Mods and The Admins that review the Applicants.

Can I just ask why, for a forum this size, which has about 20 active members in the past 6 months and about half of those already have either some moderator permissions or are full moderators and/or admins, there needs to be a committee to select even more people? How many more people do you expect to apply for positions here and does that number of applicants really require a committee? I would have thought the forum is already top heavy.

This Committee would not go live until we have a few more members.
