If you become a staff member, you MUST be active. you don't need to come on everyday, but if you just apply just to be a moderator or whatever and never bother to post again or never come back, you'll be demoted.

Apart from us, the other members have made a combined total of 7 posts - average of 1 post every 21 days. Really don't see the reason for needing for more staff.
