Username change requests

Users are allowed to request for a username change.

PM me; in the message body, paste the following template

Code: Select all: [b]Current Username:[/b] [b]New Username:[/b] [b]Reason for change:[/b] [b]Are you sure?[/b]

the reason for the change is optional, but I recommend you put a reason.

Please note that you are allowed to change your username every six months only; once you change it, you cannot change it again, unless you have a really good reason. So be careful in choosing your new username and/or be SURE that you really want to change it before it's too late.
