Forum rules
Basic questions about topics, forums, posting, etc can be answered in the FAQ. However if you cannot find your question, feel free to post it here. Remember to be as specific as possible; help us help you by doing that. This place is also to post if any features are not working as they should.

Keep the following in mind when asking for support
When you have a question, use an appropriate title like 'Blog Question' and not 'question' or 'help!'
Try not to bump your thread unless your situation is really urgent.
Help us help you. Give and provide as much details as possible if necessary.
If your problem has been solved, please apply the Solved attribute to your thread.
Look through the topics already solved to see if there had been problems or questions similar to yours. It's probable there might be one, so check it out and try to follow the steps or instructions that had been given in that topic to aid you in yours.
Always be respectful to Staff
Please check the Issue Tracker before reporting a problem or error, as it may have already been reported. If not, feel free to post a new ticket (important note: the Issue tracker is only for problems and errors - like General errors, parse errors, not able to do something etc - and not site questions. If a ticket is a site question - ex. How do I _____? - it will be deleted.) It is okay if you are unsure. Post a topic first and I will tell you whether or not a ticket should be made
Giving Support
If someone else has already posted the answer or help to a thread, do not repeat what they've posted. It's unnecessary, unless you want to add something or want to correct it.
If you want to help someone, but don't know at all what to post, or how to help, do not post. It's absolutely unnecessary. All posts that are like "Idk this one" or "How am I supposed to know" will be removed.
