Recent Downtime - Explanation

I just need to explain why S&C has been inaccessible April 9-12. well, on the first day of it, I just got the Resource Limit Hit message, and as usual believed it would be gone in another hour. However, when I checked in another hour, the message was still displaying. Eventually I concluded that it would never go away, and that something was very wrong. I thought it was something wrong with the Starka server, as I read in an old announcement that the exact problem happened to the Chopin server. I was wrong, but it ended up being something wrong with my account, and it was fixed. So now it's back. I also disabled the board for a while, but now it's back up

When I'm older, I'm hoping to be able to buy a premium account (Illuminated), because I see the deal is very good. Just $1/month for 60 months.

I already removed several mods, and will be looking for any more to remove

There will probably still be Resource Limit Hit messages, but this time they WILL reset so in about an hour you will be able to get back on S&C again.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The message is still appearing EVERY HOUR but it's no longer stuck. I've noticed that after like 15 minutes (maybe even less) S&C is back, so it doesn't seem to be staying for an hour.

This is REALLY annoying me and probably annoys you too, but I recall that this happened once before, and a while after it stopped doing that....hopefully the same thing will happen this time.
