Update:
There are still going to be Resource Limit Hit messages (seemingly every hour), but they do all seem to remain for LESS than an hour, about maybe 30 minutes, but definitely less than an hour. I can't do anything about it, except hope it goes away soon. I've had this problem before and they do not last forever, fortunately. It's very annoying, yes, but nothing can really be done. I don't think removing any more MODs would work (I can try, but it'll probably not work).
