If you are a Newly Registered User

You won't be able to PM, change your username color, post in the blog, post in any guestbook, add quotes, access the links page, and view profiles unless you introduce yourself AND reach 3 posts. There are more restrictions besides the ones already listed. Once your first three posts have been approved, you will be able to access lots and lots of features.

You should be able to create a new topic in the Introductions forum. If not, please use the Contact page to contact me.
