What is this forum for? This forum, Gallery HQ, is for you to request your own album to be created.
Wouldn't it be better to install the phpBB Gallery? Yes it would. Problem is I can't install it on this board. There are errors when I install it, so I can't use it. I REALLY want it though. Wish it worked.
What is the Official Album for? It's kind of like an album for phpBB related stuff. I don't know if it'll be of any use.
How do I get my own 'album'? Request for one here in the HQ. Unlike Member Forums, you will only be able to choose your description. The name of your album is your username, and the moderators will only be you, no one else (besides admins and me). So, create a topic and use this very short template:
[b]Description:[/b] [b]I agree to site and gallery rules:[/b]
Are there any requirements? Yes, of course. You must have at least TEN posts and a member for 5 days.
How do I post an image(s)? It's simple. Create a topic in your album/forum and add your image(s) as an attachment OR you can use the IMG tags. You can either put all images in one topic or create separate ones.
Isn't there a forum that you can already put images in? Yes. So really, you can put images there or in your album, if you have one.
Can't you put your images in your member forum? Yes but preferably put it in your album. But you're not required.
