Scheduled maintenance because of the Resource Limit Hit message

lately there have been way too many Resource Limit Hit messages. It's really annoying and I can't get anything done. also, I'll get less visitors and this place will never be active.

I am planning a maintenance sometime this week to try to solve this problem and stop any messages from coming. Depending on how busy I am, and what I decide to do, it may be from a few hours to a few days. And even after the board is open again, there may not be any changes whatsoever.

I will let you all know when the maintenance will be.

The maintenance is scheduled for Friday, October 14 at maybe around 7:20 am EST.

UPDATE: see? the limit hit message appeared again when I was typing this! I was going to post this at 8:32 pm, but because of the message, this post has been delayed. It is becoming a huge problem, if not small, and I really need to solve it.
